Terms of Sale
All prices are listed in CAD before taxes and shipping if applicable. Pricing can be changed to USD via the side bar. Your order will be charged based on the price you choose.
For orders, all payments are due before shipping. Once payment has been processed, your order will be processed and shipped. We accept payment via Credit Card as well as Interac E-Transfer if you purchase privately through our email info@resinate.ca.
We accept orders via our online store. For high volume discount orders, please contact us directly via email info@resinate.ca
Resinate Corporation makes no warranty or guarantee, express or implied, including warranties of fitness for particular purpose or merchantability, respecting its Products. Resinate Corporation is not responsible for damages incurred on our customer’s existing art piece/craft due to our Product as we cannot control your application process of our product. Liability, if any, is limited to refund of the original purchase price of product or replacement of the Product. All consequential damages, labour, and cost of labour are hereby excluded.

Resinate Corporation and its suppliers reserve all rights in the formulations and intellectual property of its products. Nothing in these Terms of Sale grants you a right or license to use any intellectual property rights owned or controlled by Resinate Corporation or any other third party except as expressly provided in these Terms.
